Chicago police and emergency services were dispatched to the 2500 block of East 78th Street on Sunday afternoon after reports of shooting. Read more here.

Around 3:45 p.m., cops arrived on the scene and discovered two guys with several gunshot wounds.

A 19-year-old male was wounded in the chest, while a 27-year-old man from NLMB known as 'JDogg' had six gunshot wounds to the back. Both victims are in critical condition. Before paramedics brought both guys to area hospitals, a responding cop placed a chest seal on one of the patients.
