In the viral footage, a Togoless refugee is seen walking along the street naked in Neuffen.

An African migrant, presumably from Togo, is habitually stripping nude and rampaging through Neuffen, a peaceful hamlet of 6,000 people.

Alexander S., an eyewitness, told Bild newspaper that "the man ran naked through the town, smashing cars and banging on glass doors behind which shopkeepers and customers had barricaded themselves."

Ahmad H. informed the newspaper that he witnessed the African man strike an elderly victim.

"The nude man pushed the man to the ground, then beat him. "I then ran over, armed with a street traffic sign," Ahmad explained.
Alexander S. and Ahmad H. subdued the man until police arrived.

The man has long terrorized the town.

Dirk F., who is a neighbor of the man, said: “He’s also been standing naked in front of my door. He harasses and threatens other people, and the police are called repeatedly.”

Ahmad H. added that the man targets children, which could prove foreboding for future encounters.

“The man pushes children away and tells them, ‘You can’t go to school today!”’ said Ahmad H.

The African man has been placed in a psychiatric institution, but a police source warned Bild that they expect the man to soon be released again.

There are many similar cases in Germany, with police and governments often unable to offer any real solution to the growing chaos.
