Authorities in Kansas are reexamining the case of a missing Salina teenager after disturbing social media posts surfaced in which a woman appeared to confess to her killing.
Chloe Davis allegedly took to social media claiming she and a man identified as Gamaliel Franco killed 19-year-old Haley Ann Davis in 2023. In the post, she referenced the victim as a “snitch” and claimed Haley’s body had not been recovered. The message also included the address of a Salina residence and cryptic remarks about their last names being “equal, or the same.”
Haley Davis was last seen in Salina in July 2023 and reported missing the following month. At the time, she was believed to have been traveling to Wichita. Her social media activity abruptly stopped on July 21, 2023, raising concerns about her safety.
The Wichita Police Department this week confirmed that investigators now believe Haley may be deceased, though her remains have not been located. Authorities continue to ask the public for information that could lead to answers in the case.
Anyone with details is urged to contact Wichita police or submit anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers.
