Monroe, LA (October 28, 2025) — Early Tuesday morning, Li Ojay, 26, and his 2-year-old daughter, Jhersi, were discovered shot to death inside a residence on Grammont Street in Monroe, along with another adult male.
The Monroe Police Department said officers responded to reports of shooting at 2:30 a.m. near the city's public works department. Upon arrival, they discovered three victims—including a toddler—each suffering from gunshot wounds to the head.
Authorities say three people—a 26-year-old man, a 2-year-old child, and
another adult male—were found dead at the scene, each reportedly
suffering gunshot wounds to the head.
According to police
statements, investigators are actively working on the case, but no
suspects or possible motives have been released as of Tuesday afternoon.
