Local influencer @ItzBanks posted a TikTok video that many are calling a tone-deaf farce, causing fury on Laredo's digital streets. Using the chilling backdrop of an active investigation scene outside Advance Auto Parts on San Bernardo—where a body lay covered on the pavement—the skit plays out as a mock broadcast in the middle of the city’s ongoing journalism feud between Gordi Loca and Wero Loco.

The video escalates when Gordi Loca herself appears to join the act, driving straight into frame and shouting the vulgar taunt, “¡Tú y el Wero Loco me pelan la verga!” while @ItzBanks plays the role of a reporter next to the body. For some, it’s reckless comedy with zero respect for the dead. For others, it’s raw satire turned performance art in the middle of Laredo’s wild media war.
