Alex Umberger kicked an infant in Clintwood, Virginia.[VIDEO]

 

Tessa Nelson is the mother, and Alex Umberger is the boyfriend. The baby cried so loudly that he lost his breath after hitting the ground. His mother was in no hurry to get to him; she simply walked up and made an apology for him, which should tell everyone everything they need to know.

You can hear him remark "Alex made me fall," while his mother adds "He didn't mean to." This is heartbreaking. It is even more terrible because these two boys are still in their mother's custody. No emergency orders, nothing. Only "investigations". Justice must be served; no child deserves this.
