VIDEO:Mr. Kulla Nandha Identified as One of the Minors Accused in Brutal Sickle Attack on Migrant Worker in Tiruvallur

One of the minors allegedly involved in the brutal assault on a migrant worker in Tamil Nadu’s Tiruvallur district has been identified as Kulla Nandha, who reportedly uses the Instagram handle mr.kulla6. The attack, which was captured on video and widely circulated online, involved a group of four minors who repeatedly struck the victim with sickles near a railway station.

The injured man, identified by police as Siraj, though some reports name him Suraj, is believed to be a migrant worker from either Madhya Pradesh or Maharashtra. According to investigators, the victim was first confronted while traveling on a moving train, where the minors allegedly threatened him with sickles and swords while recording the intimidation. The situation later escalated when he was taken to a secluded area near a railway station and viciously attacked.

Footage from the incident shows the victim bleeding heavily as the assailants continue the assault. In one clip, a minor is heard urging others to stop, stating that the victim’s skull had already been breached, while another insists on taking the weapon to strike him. Another video reportedly shows one of the attackers posing with a victory sign after the attack.

Siraj sustained multiple severe injuries and was rushed to hospital, where doctors have described his condition as critical. The incident has sparked renewed concern over violence against migrant workers in the state, as investigations into the attack continue.
