According to her mother, Amber Lampz, on Facebook, 12-year-old Aria has been missing for seven and a half days. It’s been six full days since anyone last heard her voice or saw her active online. Her phone has been completely off since Monday night around 9 PM, with the last ping traced near the Arlington area (32277/32211) — after which there’s been no trace of her.
Amber confirmed that before her disappearance, Aria had visited a man identified as Gabriel Filipe, who lives on Shady Glen Drive (11258).
In a heartbreaking post, Amber revealed that Aria sent her a text message before vanishing, saying she was “afraid to go back to a man’s house” and feared “he might hurt her while she slept.” Those were the last words Amber ever received from her daughter.
Despite these alarming details, no Amber Alert has been issued because authorities reportedly said Aria “wasn’t kidnapped.” Her mother and many online users are questioning that decision — how can a 12-year-old girl vanish after expressing fear for her safety, and it not be considered abduction?
Amber also shared that she accessed Mari’s Instagram, where she discovered messages revealing that Aria and a group of girls attended a house party at Gabriel Filipe’s residence. Police were dispatched after she alerted them, but officers said the girls were not there.
“I have no idea who the man Gabriel Filipe is,” Amber wrote. “I’ve called 911 six different times with tips that my daughter and her friend might still be there — but no luck. I’m absolutely terrified.”
Aria is described as a sweet and sociable child, always on her phone chatting with friends — behavior that makes her sudden silence deeply concerning.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is urged to contact local authorities immediately.
