Brenay Kennard told baby to get wipes after she and Tim Montague finished tlofing

According to testimony presented in court, Akira Montague has accused North Carolina TikTok influencer Brenay Kennard of engaging in a relationship with her then-husband, Timothy Montague, leading to the dissolution of their marriage.

Akira, the plaintiff, is seeking $3.5 million in damages in an alienation of affection lawsuit — a type of civil claim still recognized in North Carolina.

During testimony, Akira alleged that Kennard was involved with Timothy while the couple were still married, and that the relationship caused significant emotional harm. Akira further claimed that Kennard would visit the marital home. Akira also testified that Kennard once instructed her child to bring wipes after Kennard and Timothy were intimate in the house. That claim remains an allegation made by Akira in court and has not been independently verified.

Kennard, who is representing herself, denies causing the breakup of the marriage and has challenged the nature of the relationship between Timothy and Akira.

Kennard called Timothy Montague as her first witness.
Montague testified that when he proposed to Akira in 2018, he bought the cheapest ring he could, did not get on one knee, and did not ask, “Will you marry me?”

On the stand, Montague stated:

“We were just like roommates.”

He testified that he was never in love with Akira during the marriage.

Montague is now married to Kennard.

Kennard has more than 3 million followers on TikTok, where she shares lifestyle content, including “get ready with me” videos, cooking clips, and mukbang food reviews.

The case has sparked widespread discussion online due to her public platform and the emotional testimony shared during the trial.
