Spencer Scrioner identified as the correctional guard who killed Erik Spencer.

 

Hundreds of kids are mourning Erik Spencer, who was fatally shot in a neighboring shopping center in Jefferson City, Missouri, on November 1st.

Authorities have not published any details on the person who fatally shot Erick, although witnesses say the shooter is an off-duty police officer.

Witnesses said Erik and his girlfriend were leaving a business when they got into a verbal argument. A #white man, possibly an off-duty police officer, intervened despite being told everything was alright. The man then allegedly shot Erik many times.

Friends stated that Erik posed no threats to the shooter. Authorities have not released details about the suspect, whether he was taken into custody, or if he turned himself in.
