VIDEO:Call for Khalil Allen to be fired after he was witnessed assaulting Ciara Foster's son at a daycare.

An incident involving a 4-year-old autistic child named Jayceon and his applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapist, Khalil Allen, is currently under scrutiny, though the exact location of the alleged incident has not been confirmed at the time of reporting.

Jayceon, who is non-verbal and the son of Ciara Foster, is seen in a circulating video allegedly being handled aggressively by Allen. The footage appears to show the therapist throwing the child, striking him, and behaving in an intimidating manner. At one point, Jayceon reportedly attempts to hide while Allen is distracted on his phone, but is then pulled from his hiding place and thrown again.

According to Foster, her son was injured after being thrown onto a toy and began crying, after which Allen allegedly reacted aggressively toward him. Foster said she was informed of the behavior by the school and expressed confusion, anger, and distress over what she saw.

In a statement shared on social media, Foster wrote that the video shows how her son has allegedly been treated and asked for guidance on what actions she can take beyond having the therapist terminated.

The incident has sparked public concern, and calls have been made for accountability and further investigation into the matter.
