Smith Justin Charged in Connection to Milwaukee Quintuple Shooting That Claimed Lives of Antwan "Tweezy" Hogans and Second Victim

A 24-year-old suspect identified as Smith Justin has been arrested and charged in connection with a deadly quintuple shooting in Milwaukee that claimed the lives of two men, including beloved local figure and rapper Antwan "Tweezy" Hogans, also known in the community as OG Antwan Hogans, and a second victim referred to as Bubbs Dumbs.

The shooting took place just after midnight on July 12, near the intersection of North Water and East Michigan streets. According to the Milwaukee Police Department, five individuals were struck by gunfire during the incident. Authorities have confirmed that the search for additional unknown suspects remains ongoing.

Antwan Hogans, 52, was a multifaceted community pillar — a rapper, popular local club promoter, and owner of a hookah lounge. His death sent shockwaves through Milwaukee's entertainment and civic communities. Alderman Russell Stamper II paid tribute to Hogans, describing him as a rare individual who could connect with people across all walks of life, from boardrooms to street corners, and who served as an unofficial ambassador for the city of Milwaukee.

The second fatality was a 39-year-old man who succumbed to his injuries following the shooting. Three additional victims, aged approximately 30, 32, and 34, sustained gunshot wounds and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The investigation remains active as authorities continue to pursue all suspects involved in the deadly incident.
